Sync your web browser across your devices

Did you know that you can synchronize the information contained in your web browsers across multiple computers and mobile devices?

The information that you can sync can be some or all of the following:

• Bookmarks / Favourites

• Browsing History

• Saved Passwords

• Autofill Data

• Browser Extensions

• Themes

• Settings

The two main browsers which support this are Firefox and Google Chrome.

You simply install the program, setup an account, and select the information you wish to sync.

Then go to your second device, open the same browser program, go to the settings and log in to your account to establish the link.

Your information will then be in sync and will remain in sync until you unlink the computer. So if you create a new bookmark or save a password within the browser on one computer, you’ll automatically have it on your other computer.

This is especially useful if you have a PC at work, laptop at home and a smart-phone on the move.
